It helps to think of ourselves as radio kits--with Morning Pages, we are "sending," with Artist Dates, we are "receiving." With walks, we integrate. A once or twice-weekly walk, as brief as twenty minutes, yields us a sense of direction. We often walk out with problems, and return home with solutions.
